04FAQ
A few pricing questions.
- 01How do credits work?
- A read or write credit covers 10 KB, with a 1 credit minimum for anything smaller. Larger writes consume more credits. Included credits reset monthly; extra credits can be purchased and roll over.
- 02What happens when I hit a limit?
- Soft alert at 80%, then a stop at 100%. New writes return 429; reads keep working. From there you can prune, wait for the next month, or top up credits - nothing auto-bills until you choose to.
- 03Can I run a trial of the Enterprise plan?
- Yes. We can help set up an eval test or proof-of-concept before you move to Enterprise.
